Privacy policy
Last updated: October 1, 2026
This policy explains what Dunlap Collective ("I", "me") collects when you visit dunlapcollective.co or book a call, and what I do with it. Dunlap Collective is run by Caleb Dunlap.
What I collect
- What you enter when you book a call: your name, email, phone number, shop name and anything you write in the booking form.
- What you send me directly by text, phone or email.
- Basic technical data your browser sends to any website, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, kept in standard server and service logs.
How I use it
- To schedule and hold the call you booked, and to send you confirmations and reminders.
- To reply to you and follow up about working together.
- To keep the site running and secure.
I do not sell your information.
Who else handles it
A few service providers process data for me so the site and booking work: my booking and messaging platform (GoHighLevel), my website host (Cloudflare), and Google Fonts, which serves the fonts on this site. They only use your data to provide their service to me.
Texts and calls
If you give me your phone number, I may call or text you about the call you booked or about working together. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. Message and data rates may apply.
Cookies
This site uses the Meta Pixel, a small piece of code from Meta, to count visits and to show ads to people who have visited. Meta may use cookies to do this. You can manage ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings. The booking calendar is provided by GoHighLevel and may set cookies it needs to work.
Your choices
I keep your details while we are talking or working together, then delete them. You can ask me to show, correct or delete what I have at any time: email caleb@dunlapcollective.co. This page gets a new date if the policy changes.
